Lunchtime Heroes are a rising Neo-Soul four-piece from London, bringing infectious grooves and soulful storytelling to the city’s live music scene. Named after the snatched moments they find to rehearse and write, the band blends smooth R&B melodies with modern grooves, drawing influence from artists like Ezra Collective, Feng Suave, John Mayer, Oscar Jerome, and Vulfpeck. Their sound is warm, vocal-led, and rooted in expressive, laid-back hooks.
