An evening of uplifting indie-folk-pop at Northern Guitars

Yorkshire-based Indie-folk band Fishing 4 Compliments have developed a reputation for creating catchy, uplifting, hook and harmony laden folk songs having emerged organically around lead singer Eileen Alanna's quirky, intriguing songs and retro vibe vocals. Having released two enthusiatically received albums to date, produced by The Dunwells, Fishing 4 Compliments will be bringing two sets of their own upbeat songs together with a sprinkle of indie-folk covers of songs they love and that blend seamlessly with their own material. Identified as 'Tip for 2026' in RnR Magazine and 'Yorkshire's Hidden Gem' in Folk North West Magazine the band are really looking forward to returning to showcase their unique sound in the fantastic independent live music venue that is Northern Guitars.
