We're welcoming Provenance back for their second ever Leeds headlining show! Their first headlining performance at The Fenton in Leeds rocked audiences with their 'ear-worming' singles that drew crowds made up of first time listeners and loyal fans. One thing is for certain, Provenance is not a band to miss.
A little more about Provenance:
Formed in 2022 by pals Theo Formby-Jackson (lead vocals & rhythm guitar), Joe Bradford (lead guitar), Harry Blythe (bass) and Jack Obern (drums), Provenance began as a shared passion for music. The band found its full lineup after meeting Myles Nivot (synth & guitar) and Jasmine Pinder (vocals) while studying in Manchester, with all six members now living and creating music together under one roof.
Blending atmospheric guitars, retro synths and catchy choruses, Provenance embody modern indie rock and indie pop inspired by the likes of Inhaler, Blossoms and The Academic. Paying homage to their North East roots, Provenance write candidly about relationships, growing up and the realities of young adulthood, reflecting their day to day lives and resonating with their audience.
Building a reputation through both their visceral live performances and recorded releases, the band have shared the stage with the likes of Ocean Colour Scene, The Coral, The K's, Corella and The Clause. Provenance have also received repeated support from BBC Introducing, John Kennedy and recently featured in Rankin's Hunger Magazine's - "Their music is a trip down memory lane for anyone who remembers sinking cans of Dark Fruits in a bucket hat during the good old days of Y Not Festival."
With new releases on the horizon, a thriving fanbase and a developing modern sound, Provenance are rapidly establishing their place among the UK's new wave of indie pop bands.
Alongside Provenance we also have 2 support bands yet to be announced...
