About this venue

Headrow House is a former textile mill, built in the early 1900s in one of Leeds' old yards in the city centre. After ten years of neglect, it was turned into an arts, food, drink and events space. It now holds a large beer hall, the Ox Club restaurant and two roof terraces as well as its gig room.

The event space is on the first floor. It has its own bar, PA, lighting and a projector, and holds 150 standing or 80 seated. Doors for evening events are usually at 7.30pm. Ox Club is a solid-fuel grill restaurant cooking with Yorkshire produce, and it's featured in the Michelin Guide and the Good Food Guide.

The venue says it is step free from the main entrance to the event space, using the lift, which reaches every floor except the Kennedy Meadows roof terrace. There's an accessible toilet just outside the gig space. Its contact page also says the lift is out of order for maintenance at the moment, so check with the venue before you go if you need it. Headrow House offers PA tickets and welcomes assistance dogs.

Leeds station is about half a mile away and the bus station about 0.3 miles. The nearest bus stop is on The Headrow, 25 metres from the door. There's no parking at the venue. The nearest car parks are about 0.2 miles away, and there are blue badge spaces on The Headrow.
